ORDER

The petitioner, with a grievance that the respondent police is harassing him, on the complaint of the fifth respondent herein, has approached this Court.

2.Today(12.06.2025), when this Criminal Original Petition is taken up for admission, Mr.P.Kottaichamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4 and submits that the fifth respondent has lodged a complaint as against this petitioner, before the second respondent police that the petitioner has damaged the fifth respondent's car's mirror. The Second respondent police has conducted the enquiry in C.S.R.No.460 of 2025. He further submits that both the parties have amicably settled their issue and hence, the same was closed on 20.06.2025.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
