The present Writ Petition has been filed by the beneficiary of the order passed by the second respondent herein under Payment of Gratuity Act, in P.G.No.507 of 2022 dated 21.02.2025 seeking to implement the said order.

2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the first respondent, who has suffered by an order, on instructions, submitted that an appeal has been preferred as against the order passed by the second respondent dated 21.02.2025.

3. In view of the above said facts, the first respondent is directed to comply with the orders of the second respondent dated 21.02.2025 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if no interim order is granted by the appellate authority. 2/4

4. With the above said observation, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
