This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the seventh respondent to comply with the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Devakottai in Crl.M.P.No.3188 of 2023, dated 12.06.2023.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent police has not registered a case for the complaint forwarded by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Devakottai on 12.06.2023.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that the petitioner's complaint was duly enquired 2/5

and it is found that there is a money dispute between the parties and a report was also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Devakottai, on 01.08.2024.
