ORDER
The petitioner, who is the sole accused in Cr.No.243 of 2025 on the file of the respondent Police, has filed this petition to quash the said proceedings, on the ground of compromise.
2.Though the petitioner claims that the matter has been compromised, no compromise memo has been filed. Therefore, this criminal original petition is dismissed with liberty to file a fresh petition along with a compromise memo.
