O R D E R

The writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to remove the petitioners name from the History Sheet opened in History Sheet No.116 of 2017 on the file of the 4th respondent office by considering the petitioners representation dated 08.02.2023.

2.The petitioner has sent a representation to the respondents to remove his name from the History Sheet on 08.02.2023. Since the same was not considered till date, he has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to consider the same by the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that the representation made by the petitioner will be taken for consideration 2/5

in the meeting scheduled to be held in the month of December. 4.In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), this writ petition stands disposed of on the above terms. No costs.
