Respondents PRAYER : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents 3 and 4 to disburse the arrear of salary of Rs.1,92,900/- (Rupees One Lakh Ninety Two Thousand and Nine Hundred Only) with 12% interest till the disbursal of the amount and further direct the 4th respondent to disburse the salary of Rs.8,000/- per month regularly.
