PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.370 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 26.08.2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b) and 302 of IPC on the file of the respondent police seeks bail.
2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner was detained under Act 14 of 1982 on 23.09.2020.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for the present. However the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition at the verge of the lapse of the detention order.
