Crl.M.P.(MD)No.10141 of 2022 This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.12018 of 2021 in C.A.(MD) No.216 of 2021, dated 04.01.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition till today, without fail. 3.The above submission is admitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police. 4.Considering the above, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.12018 of 2021 in C.A.(MD)No.216 of 2021, dated 04.01.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal.
