Respondent Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to revoke the suspension order, dated 28.12.2015 in the light of the order made in Ajay Kumar Choudhary case reported in 2015(3) CTC 119 and in terms of Government Letter No.13519/N/2015-1, dated 23.07.2015 and by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 04.04.2016 within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

Mr.A.Thirumoorthy, learned counsel takes notice for the respondent.

2. By consent of parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

3. The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the respondent to revoke the suspension order, dated 28.12.2015 in the light of the order made in Ajay Kumar Choudhary case reported in 2015(3) CTC 119 and in terms of Government Letter No.13519/N/2015-1, dated 23.07.2015 and by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 04.04.2016 within a stipulated time.

4. Though the prayer in the Writ Petition is widely worded, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied if his representation, dated 04.04.2016 is directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time.

5. without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 04.04.2016 and pass appropriate orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
