ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter came up for hearing today, it is seen that the case in crime No. 352 of 2024 is registered. The allegation is that after collecting money from the de facto complainant, the petitioner has given forged and fake appointment orders as if appointments are given to the defacto compliant from the Railways.
