ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the District Munsif Court, Keeranur to dispose the suit in O.S.No.100 of 2017 within the time to be fixed by this Court.

2.The petitioner is the defendant in the suit filed by the respondents/plaintiffs herein on the file of the District Munsif Court, Keeranur in O.S.No.100 of 2017 for permanent injunction. 1/4

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the suit filed by the respondents for permanent injunction is pending for the past eight years without any progress. Hence, he seeks expeditious disposal of the suit. 4.Considering the limited request of the petitioner, this Court directs the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.100 of 2017 within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
