O R D E R

When the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that pursuant to the direction issued in the main Writ Petition, the respondent conducted survey of the subject property and there was an objection by one Karthikeyan, based on a judgment and decree passed by the civil Court in O.S.No.49 of 2006 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Paramakudi. Mentioning the objection raised by the said Karthikeyan, the petitioner was relegated to approach the civil Court for redressal of his grievance. The said communication of the respondent was sent to the petitioner on 21.08.2025 by registered post.
