ORDER
By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2.Mr.VR.Shanmuganathan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.
3. The present writ petition is filed seeking for a mandamus directing the respondents 1 & 2 to consider the representations of the petitioner, dated 05.04.2019 and 15.07.2019.
4. According to the petitioner, her husband was working as BT Teacher (History) in the third respondent School and he died on 31.07.2019 while he was in service. He is the sole breadwinner of his family and after his death, the family of the petitioner was in distress and the petitioner is finding very difficult to maintain herself and her family. The petitioner has passed +2 examination https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
and she is physically challenged person. Therefore, she gave representation dated 04.05.2019 to the respondents 1 & 2 through third respondent along with all the certificates. Till date, the respondents 1 & 2 have not taken any action. Further, it would suffice, if the said authority is directed to dispose of the representation made by the petitioner.
5.Heard Mr.M.Palanivel, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.VR.Shanmuganathan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to send fresh representation to the respondents 1 & 2 enclosing all the certificates, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of such representation, the respondents 1 & 2 are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.
7. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
