The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking for the issue of a writ of mandamus, to direct the second respondent to grant affiliation for the petitioner's college namely Holy Angles College of Education, Nitravila, Kanyakumari District to start Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.,Course) from the academic year 2016-2017 on the basis of the proposal dated 24.03.2016.
2.According to the petitioner, he has put up all the infrastructures and instructional facilities for starting the above said college and submitted a proposal dated 24.03.2016 to the second respondent which is still pending. Hence, the petitioner has come up with the above writ petition.
3.Considering the above stated facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to consider the proposal dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
24.03.2016 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
