with the impugned Government order issued in G.O.(4D) No.55, Home (Pol.12) Department dated 26.06.2007 in respect of paragraph 6 in so far as the petitioner is concerned and the impugned order of rejection, rejecting the military service rendered by the petitioner vide proceedings of the fourth respondent issued in R.C.No.A I/8934/2019 dated 28.05.2019 and quash the both as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to regularize the petitioner's service from the date of his initial appointment (i.e) from 24.02.2024 and include his military service rendered so as to fix his grade and pay in view of Rule 16 of Tamil Nadu Pension Rules, 1978 within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.
