ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed a Mandamus seeking direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action against the 4th respondent for illegally misappropriating the funds and usurping the Temple Properties of Arulmigu Mariamman Temple, Car Street , Karur District by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 23.07.2024.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 3 and the learned counsel for the 4th respondent.

Although this writ petition is opposed by the learned counsel for the 4th respondent, I am of the view that the writ petition can be disposed of by directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 23.07.2024 alleging certain misdeeds and misappropriation of funds of the Temple by the 4th respondent. Therefore, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 23.07.2024 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law after hearing the petitioner and the 4th respondent. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
