ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking for the issue of a writ of mandamus, to direct the respondent to treat the 95 days period as compulsory wait and grant monetary relief to the petitioner on the basis of his representation dated 29.01.2016.

2.According to the petitioner, while he was working as Junior Engineer in Trichy, a charge memo was issued on 26.01.2003 and after conducting enquiry, the charges levelled against the petitioner have been dropped. It is further submitted that the petitioner was unable to work 95 days which was treated as extra ordinary leave without medical certificate. According to the petitioner, when the charges have already been dropped, he was entitled to get monetary benefits by treating 95 days as compulsory wait. Therefore, he has submitted a representation dated 29.01.2016 to the respondent. Since there is no response, the petitioner has come up with the above writ petition. 3.Considering the above stated facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent to consider the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation of the petitioner dated 29.01.2016 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
