Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the learned District Judge, Virudhunagar at Srivilliputhur in I.A.No.18 of 2022 in O.S.No.7 of 1953 on its file within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This civil revision petition is filed for a direction to direct the learned District Judge, Virudhunagar at Srivilliputhur, to dispose the I.A.No.18 of 2022 in O.S.No.7 of 1953 within a time frame as fixed by this Court. 2.According to the petitioner, she filed an application in I.A.No.18 of 2022, to amend the scheme decree passed on 05.05.1961 in C.S.No.29/1956 in O.S.No.7 of 1953.

3.However, though the application was filed in the year 2022, till date the Court below failed to dispose the above application. Hence, the present revision is filed for early disposal of the above petition. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the learned District Judge, Virudhunagar, Srivilliputhur, to dispose 2/4

the I.A.NO.18 of 2022 in O.S.No.7 of 1953, on merits and in accordance with law, without any unnecessary adjournment, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
