The third respondent police have issued a show cause notice against this petitioner under Section 110 of Cr.P.C. Challenging the same, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. This Court will never interfere in matter relating to show cause notice. Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to appear before the first respondent with an Advocate of his choice and submit his explanation and if he is aggrieved by the order passed by the first respondent, it is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
