ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned standing counsel for the respondents 1 and 2. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the respondents 3 to 5 is dispensed with. 2.The petitioner is raising objections for granting electricity service connection for the private respondents. The second respondent shall consider the petitioner's objections before disposing of the applications submitted by the private respondents herein.

3.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
