WP(MD)No.19303 of 2020 instructions, would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 28.11.2020 was registered in Petition No.Na.2692/36442/2a and after enquiring the petitioner and the private respondents, the said petition was closed on 28.12.2020 since both the parties submitted before the police that they would resolve their dispute in the civil case in A.S.No.31 of 2019 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Theni.

3.Recording the aforesaid submissions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
