This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No. 33 of 2022 pending on the file of the second respondent police, insofar as the petitioners are concerned. 2.

Mr.T.Senthil Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 and submits that the investigation has already been completed and final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Bodi, and the same is taken on file by the learned Magistrate in C.C.No.293 of 2023 on 25.09.2023. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if they are having any grounds.
