This petition has been filed seeking to strike off the petition in C.C.No.22 of 2025, on the file of the District Consumer Forum, Pudukkottai District. 2.Learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner has filed this Civil Revision Petition to strike off the proceedings in C.C.No.22 of 2025, he would be satisfied, if a direction is issued to the District Consumer Forum, Pudukkottai District, to dispose of the case in C.C.No.22 of 2025, within a time frame.

3.Since no adverse orders are passed, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

4.Recording the same, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of, with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the issues raised herein before the District Consumer Forum.
