ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking for the issue of a writ of mandamus, to directing the 4th respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.02.2016 in accordance with law.

2.According to the petitioner, the petitioner is having requisite qualification and experience to be promoted as Headmaster in the fifth respondent school and therefore, he has submitted representation dated 19.02.2016 to the fourth respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

which is still pending. Hence, the petitioner has come up with the above writ petition.

3.Considering the above stated facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the fourth respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.02.2013 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
