ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by the beneficiary of an order passed by the third respondent in W.C.No.22 of 2011, dated 08.01.2013 seeking a Mandamus as against the respondents 1 to 3 to recover the amount from the respondents 4 to 6.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the third respondent submits that, so far no request has been received from the petitioner to initiate recovery proceedings as against the respondents 4 to 6. In case, if any representation is received, they will take prompt action. She further submits that the representation, dated 23.06.2025 has not been received by the Office of the third respondent.

3. Considering the above said facts, the petitioner is directed to give a representation to the third respondent seeking to initiate recovery proceedings. On receipt of the same, the third respondent is directed to forward the same to the first respondent to initiate action, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of representation.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
