ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking for the issue of a writ of mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to issue licence for the period 2009-2012 to the Mount View Advent Academy Matriculation School within time span as fixed by this Court.

2.According to the petitioner, the petitioner school has applied for recognition before the second respondent along with requisite documents as required by the second respondent vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.475/A/2011, dated 16.06.2011. It is stated that the petitioner has also sent representation dated 24.06.2013 in this regard. Since there is no response from the respondents, the petitioner has come up with the above writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Considering the above stated facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.06.2013 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
