ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed for extension of time for compliance of the conditional order passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.8768 of 2025 dated 14.05.2025.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Hon'ble Court has passed an order in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.8768 of 2025 dated 14.05.2025 and enlarged this petitioner on anticipatory bail with certain conditions. The order copy was made ready only on 27.05.2025. The petitioner is having two children, one of her child is a special girl child and she is aged about four years. This petitioner alone is taking care of her two children. Being a lady, she is not in a position to arrange the sureties immediately. For the above said reason only, she is unable to execute the bond and not able to arrange sureties and produce before the concerned Court. For the said reason only, she is unable to comply the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.8768 of 2025 dated 14.05.2025. Hence, he prayed to extend the time period, by allowing this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent has not raised any objection to allow this Criminal Miscellaneous petition.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and being satisfied with the reasons stated above, this Court is inclined to extend the time period. Accordingly, further period of two weeks granted from the date 2/3

of receipt of a copy of this order.
