respondent based on the petitioners application dated 25.7.2022 by disposing the same within stipulated period and pass any other order or orders as this Court. ORDER:- This Petition coming on for hearing on this day under the caption for "Extension of time"and upon perusing the earlier order dated 07.11.2022 and the requisition letter submitted by the Learned Sessions Judge,Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act,Madurai vide the letter in D.No.919 dated 16.05.2023,this Court made the following order: This case has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in Spl.S.C.No.29 of 2021. 2.This Court already disposed of the Writ Petition by order dated 07.11.2022 and directed the trial Court to dispose of the case in Spl.S.C.No.29 of 2021 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Madurai, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Now the learned Sessions Judge requests further time to dispose of the said case.
3.Considering the reasons assigned by the learned Sessions Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, two months time is granted for 2/4
disposing Spl.S.C.No.29 of 2021 and the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Madurai is directed to comply with the directions of this Court, without any further delay.
