PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned punishment order passed by the fourth respondent in his proceedings in j.g.vz;
35/2016 dated 22.06.2018 and the consequential confirmation order passed by the third respondent in his proceedings in e.f. vz;.gp1/Nk.K26/2018 dated 28.09.2018 and the consequential modification order passed by the second respondent in his proceedings in Rc.No.112469/AP IV (2)/2019, dated 29.05.2019 and quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the respondents to promote the petitioner as Head constable notionally w.e.f.01.03.2017, with all monetary benefits within the period that may be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court. This Writ Petition is filed to quash the impugned punishment order, passed by the fourth respondent in his proceedings, in j.g.vz; 35/2016 dated 22.06.2018 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and he has also circulated a letter dated 17.11.2021, to that effect.
3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
