ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second respondent police not to interfere into the civil dispute which is presently pending in between the petitioner and R3 as well as not to harass him in the light of his representation dt.17/8/2022.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that as of now no complaint/no petition is pending against the petitioner.

3. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Further the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.08.2022 and pass order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
