ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking for the issue of a writ of mandamus, to direct the respondents to appoint him as permanent Driver in the respondent Corporation. 2.It is stated that based on the proceedings of the respondent Corporation, dated 04.09.2012, the petitioner appeared for interview along with relevant documents and thereafter, he was given special training. However, he was orally advised not to come for work. Therefore, he sent a representation dated 09.06.2014 seeking employment. Since there is no response, the petitioner has come up with the above writ petition.

3.Considering the above stated facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.06.2014 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
