To relax the condition imposed on 'the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e. on Every Saturday at 10.30 a.m.' in Crl.OP(MD).No.8341 of 2026 dated 28.04.2026.

ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.8341 of 2026 dated 28.04.2026 that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on Every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders".

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court for a period of six weeks.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.8341 of 2026 dated 28.04.2026, is relaxed and that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent as and when required for interrogation.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered. 29-06-2026 Lm
