This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner for a direction directing the respondents 1 to 3 not to interfere in the management of the Thennattu Nangai Amman Temple, Navaneetha Krishnaperumal Temple, Kulathu Karai Vinayagar Temple situated at Seelathikulam Village, Kumbikulam Panchayat, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District which is being managed by the petitioner Trust. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.
