ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give police protection for life and limb of the petitioner, family members on the basis of the petitioners representation dated 18.08.2022

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the third respondent gave complaint against the petitioner and it is pending enquiry.

3. In view of the same, the second respondent is hereby directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.08.2022 along with the complaint given by the third respondent and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
