Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent herein to consider and pass orders forthwith on the petitioners application dated 06.04.2016 for the grant of 5 + 1 Seater Auto Rickshaw Permit (Share Auto) to the petitioner herein.

COMMON ORDER The petitioners have come up with the above writ petitions seeking for the issue of a writ of mandamus, to direct the respondent to consider the applications of the petitioner dated 06.04.2016 within a stipulated time.

2.According to the petitioners, they have submitted applications in Form CCPA along with necessary fee for the grant of contract carriage share auto permit which are still pending. Hence, the petitioners have come up with the above writ petitions. 3.Considering the above facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the case, the writ petitions are disposed of directing the respondent to consider the applications of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
