O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to cancel the documents that were executed by and in favour of respondents 5 to 10.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 4 and the learned counsel for the 9th respondent.
3. The petitioner is seeking for the cancellation of the documents mainly on the ground that the property belonging to his grandfather is sought to be knocked off by the private respondents. The grounds raised by the petitioner cannot be gone into in this writ petition. If at all the petitioner
is aggrieved by the execution of documents, it can only be challenged before the competent civil Court. This Court cannot be converted into a civil forum and the relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted by this court. There is no merit in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
