ORDER
The petitioner has prayed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to instruct the respondents 2 and 3 not to interfere with the civil dispute and to relegate the parties approaching them for the issue, which is civil in nature, on the basis of his representation, dated 13.08.2022.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submits that pursuant to the representation of the petitioner, dated 07.03.2022, seeking to cancel the Patta granted in favour of fourth respondent, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Madurai, has issued an enquiry notice dated 05.08.2022 to the petitioner and the fourth respondent, directing them to appear before him on 12.08.2022 at 04.00 p.m. for enquiry. However, the petitioner did not turn up. If the petitioner appear for an enquiry along with all the relevant documents, appropriate orders will be passed. 4.
Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, this 2/4
Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the petitioner to appear before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Madurai, on the date to be fixed by him and produce all the relevant documents. On receipt of the said documents, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Madurai, shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after providing an opportunity of hearing to all the necessary parties concerned and conducting an enquiry, within a period of 16 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
