Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents 1 to 6 to remove the unauthorized new construction of Church made by the 7th Respondent in Survey No.1057 in Nethaji Nagar, Seikalathur Village Panchayat, Manamadurai Taluk, Sivagangai District.

ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.KARTHIKEYAVENKITACHALAPATHY, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.MU.MUTHU, Additional Government Pleader for Respondents 1 to 5, the court made the following order:- Granting of interim injunction at this stage dose not arise as even according to the petitioner, the private respondent is in possession and enjoyment of the unauthorized construction. Accordingly, this petition is closed.
