Prayer in CRL.R.C.(MD).No.736 of 2021:- Criminal Revision is filed under Section 397 r/w 401 of the Criminal Procedure Code, against the order of refusal of return of vehicle passed in Crl.Mp.N.1372 of 2021 dt.18.8.2021 on the file of the Special Court to deal with the cases of Offences in contravention the provisions of the Mines and Minerals (D and R) Act, Madurai in Crime No. 49 of 2021 on the file of the respondent Police and set aside the same and directed to release the petitioner vehicle bearing Registration N.TN-19-X-4340.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T.Palanisamy, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. K.Sanjai Gandhi, Government Advocate for the respondent, this Court made the following order: This petition has been filed to grant extension of time period for the execution of the order in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.736 of 2021 dated 20.01.2021.

CRL MP(MD).No.1099 of 2022 2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner was not able to comply the conditions within the time limit due to poverty and prayed further time of deposit of arrears amount as per the direction of this Court.

3.The learned Government Advocate has no serious objection in allowing the petition.

4.In view of the above submissions, extension of time is granted two weeks for complying the condition no.(b) by an order dated 20.10.2021, from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
