ORDER

The petitioner, who is arrayed as A2 in Cr.No.214 of 2025 on the file of the first respondent Police, has filed this petition to quash the said proceedings.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent Police, on instructions, submits that the name of the petitioner/A2 has been deleted from the case in Cr.No.214 of 2025 and now, she is not an accused in the said case. A deletion report has also been placed before this Court.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this criminal original petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
