: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned provisionally called list of 1:2 ratio General Candidates (Sports) provisionally called for Viva Voce for the posts of Sub-Inspectors of Police (Taluk, AR & TSP) 2019 issued by the 1st respondent in RC.No.860/R2/TNUSRB/2019 dated 01.12.2020 and to quash the same and consequently include the candidature of the petitioner in the list by applying the 20% of reservation for the persons studied in Tamil Medium category for the post of Sub-Inspector of Police (Taluk, Armed Reserve and Tamil Nadu Special Police) 2019,within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.
