Magistrate, Paramakudi, Ramanathapuram District to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Trichy.

2. It is submitted that subsequent to filing of this petition, Crl.M.P.No.266 of 2021 is disposed of and a case has been registered against the accused on a protest petition filed in S.T.C.No.172 of 2022.

3. Since Crl.M.P.No.266 of 2021 has already been disposed of, this Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous. However, whenever the petitioner feels that there is a life threat to him, he is at liberty to file an application before the concerned Police and on filing such application, the respondent Police are directed to consider the same immediately and if necessary, provide Police protection. In case the petitioner is not convinced, he is at liberty to approach this Court for appropriate directions. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
