This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to give adequate police protection to remove Semai Karuvelam trees in Survey No.182/2 and 182/3 in Mahilampatti Village, Thirupathur Taluk, Sivagangai District.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that enquiry was conducted and closed on 26.09.2021.

3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
