S.Vijakumar ....Respondents PRAYER :- These Criminal Original Petitions filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C.to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to transfer the investigation from the file of the 3rd respondent to the file of the 4th respondent namely Deputy Superintendent of Police, District Crime Branch, Madurai or to any other competent investigating agency on the complaint dated on 17.09.2020 submitted before the 1st respondent.

ORDER

This Petition has been filed to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to transfer the investigation from the file of the 3rd respondent to the file of the 4th respondent namely Deputy Superintendent of Police, District Crime Branch, Madurai or to any other competent investigating agency on the complaint dated on 17.09.2020 submitted before the 1st respondent.

2. After alleged complaint, the third respondent police did not registered the FIR so far. Before registering the FIR, there is no question transfer of investigation.
