Side) PRAYER :- To modify the (I) condition imposed in bail petition of the petitioners by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Sivagangai, in Cr.M.P. No.3081 of 2023, dated 17.07.2023.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.3081 of 2023 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Sivagangai, on 17.07.2023.

2. Now the grievance of the petitioners is that they are the Coolie workers and could not mobilize the fund to comply the condition that is imposed upon them, 1/3

while they were granted bail. Hence, they pray to reduce the amount, which is ordered upon them.

3. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by learned Principal Sessions Judge, Sivagangai, in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.3081 of 2023 on 17.07.2023 is modified and the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- each as nonrefundable deposit to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Sivagangai and they shall produce the receipt for the above said payment, along with memo before the learned Judicial Magistrate at Maanamadurai.
