ORDER
The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking for the issue of a writ of mandamus, to direct the first and second respondents to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation dated 29.11.2015 regarding payment of subsistence allowance for the period from 6.9.2007 to 12.6.2008 and decide the above said period of suspension within a specified time frame.
2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the payment of subsistence allowance for the period from 6.9.2007 to 12.6.2008 was not taken into account before sending pension proposal for his pension. It is also stated that he was not paid subsistence https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
allowance for the above said period. Therefore, he sent a representation dated 29.11.2015 which is still pending. Hence, the petitioner has come up with the above writ petition. 3.Considering the above stated facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.11.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
