ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to give necessary police protection to the petitioner and his family members life and limb by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 24.09.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that there are three previous cases against the petitioner.

3. In these circumstances, the petitioner approached this Court to provide police protection and hence, I am not inclined to grant the same.

4. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
