O R D E R

The petitioner is before this Court seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to consider the representation dated 25.04.2026.

2.In the said representation, the petitioner states that he was one of the founders of Tamilnadu Illathu Pillaimar Maanila Sangam, which was subsequently struck off from the list of societies. However, the third respondent claiming to be the Office Bearer obtained electricity service connection by producing forged and fabricated documents, therefore, action should be taken against the third respondent. The grievance of the petitioner is that no orders have been passed on the said representation. 3.Mr. S. Deenadhayalan, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, submitted that the representation of the petitioner, dated 25.04.2026, would be considered and disposed of by the first respondent on its own merits within such time as may be stipulated by this Court. The said submission is placed on record. 2/4

4.In view of the above submission, and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's claim, this Court is inclined to direct the competent authority to consider the request of the petitioner in a time-bound manner.

5.In view of the above submission, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 25.04.2026, on its own merits and in accordance with law, and pass appropriate orders, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned. 6.The aforesaid exercise shall be completed within a period of six

(6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7.There shall be no order as to costs.
