ORDER
The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking for the issue of a writ of mandamus, to direct the second respondent to pass suitable orders by counting the petitioner's prior service rendered as Junior Engineer from 21.3.1983 to 16.11.1983 and 28.1.1984 to 26.8.1987 for fixing his salary and other service benefits based on his representation dated 01.12.2015 and in the light of the order passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.21987 and 21988 of 2006 dated 26.10.2006. 2.It is stated by the petitioner that aggrieved by the non counting of his prior service, the petitioner has submitted representation dated 01.12.2015 to the respondents which is still pending. 3.Considering the above stated facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.12.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
