ORDER

The petitioner has submitted an application for mutation of patta and has filed this writ petition.

2.Learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the Department is considering the applications filed through online mode only, but the petitioner has submitted a postal application. Therefore, in the event if the petitioner submits an online application for mutation of records, it would be considered, in accordance with law, within a stipulated time limit.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to submit a fresh application through online mode for mutation of patta, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, along with supporting documents and required fee, if any. On receipt of such application, the respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity 2/4

of hearing to the interested parties, within a further period of twelve weeks therefrom. There shall be no order as to costs. Index :
